A newcomer on the comedy scene, Ayanna Dookie is not a stranger to crackin’ jokes. While attending the University of Maryland, College Park, she recognized her ability to make her classmates laugh, resulting in a daily, unofficial, lunchtime show in the engineer’s lounge. Finally, in October 2004, Ayanna officially hit the stage, becoming a regular in the DC Comedy circuit.
