SF Sketchfest, The San Francisco Comedy Festival, was founded in 2001 and has grown rapidly into a nationally recognized comedy festival that mixes national headliners, local favorites and the best up-and-coming groups from throughout North America and the world. The Tenth Annual festival ran January 13 — February 5, 2011, and featured Garry Shandling, Dan Aykroyd, Cloris Leachman, David Byrne, Zach Galifianakis, James L. Brooks, Neil Patrick Harris, Brian Henson, Candice Bergen, Danny DeVito, the reunited cast of Viva Variety and many more. Past performers include Conan O'Brien, Gene Wilder, The Kids in the Hall, The State, Bud Cort, "Weird Al" Yankovic, Dana Carvey, Upright Citizens Brigade, Amy Sedaris, Mr. Show, Paul Reubens and the reunited cast of Freaks & Geeks.
